Meet Emina
Growing up as a Bosnian refugee, I learned how powerful resilience can be and how important it is to cherish life's small joys. These early experiences shaped who I am, filling my life with gratitude and empathy that continue to guide me every day.
Today, as a yoga teacher with a master's degree in child development, I love blending my yoga practice with nurturing young minds. Each day, I get to witness the magic that unfolds when children explore mindfulness and movement—discovering their own strengths and creativity. Their infectious laughter, boundless curiosity, and ability to be fully present have become my greatest teachers, constantly reminding me to approach life with openness and gratitude.
This journey has been truly transformative, deepening my belief in the positive impact yoga can have on children. In my classes, I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where kids feel safe, valued, and free to be their true selves. By sharing the joy of yoga, I hope to inspire resilience, kindness, and a lifelong love of movement in every child I teach.
